Corrections

Clear errors, explain variations

A factual error, a disputed tradition, and a calculator defect require different checks. The My Birth Symbols editorial team reviews each against the page, underlying data, and sources relevant to the claim.

Current availability

The public submission channel is pending

We do not yet have a confirmed public mailbox or form for correction reports. We will publish the channel on this page when it is active and monitored. Until then, please do not send personal information to addresses that are not listed here.

How a report is reviewed

Identify the exact claim

Record the page address, the wording or result in question, and the relevant symbol or date boundary.

Check the maintained source

Compare the page and underlying dataset with sources appropriate to that kind of claim.

Review connected content

Look for the same claim in FAQs, directories, month pages, calculator output, and structured data.

Correct and verify

Update the affected material, record why it changed, and test related pages or calculations before publishing.

What will make a report useful

  • The exact page address and section.
  • The claim, calculation, or broken behavior you observed.
  • A reliable source that supports the correction, where available.
  • Whether the issue is factual, a variation between traditions, or unclear labeling.

Please protect personal information

A correction report should not include a full date of birth, medical information, account credentials, or other sensitive personal data. Most calculator issues can be described with the affected boundary rule or a non-personal test date.
